家用版好像沒有 gpedit.msc（本機群組原則編輯器），專業板以上才有。那個並非丟一個檔案進去就行，好像無法破解的。

更改帳號權限，還有另一個工具：使用者帳戶

win7：
Win Key + R --> control userpasswords2 --> enter

win8：
Win Key + R --> netplwiz --> enter

把登入者(EX:User)設定在管理者權限群組中

然後用該使用者設定為檔案安全性的擁有者
這樣就可以改該檔案的安全性權限了
